Whether we are in a classroom or in an elevator speaking very little or a lot, much can be said through our non-verbal communication —it is part of our everyday interactions that can enhance or weaken the messages we are trying to convey.  Speaking Without Words is a booklet that presents the forms and roles of non-verbal communication in an approachable manner without diverting from the importance of the subject. The booklet’s objective is to create awareness of non-verbal communication through activities and improve with techniques.
